Incident Report for TonicDM

Postmortem

Today, TonicDM services were impacted by a large event at our Cloud Provider. During the event, customers could have experienced varying types of degradation of services - delays in page loading times, interruptions to service and other various errors. During this event, our Engineering teams worked to balance our available capacity to keep services online.

This incident is now resolved, and all services are now working as expected.

Resolved

AWS services are now back to normal and as such, TonicDM is also functioning normally again.

We are currently investigating reported issues with our cloud provider which may be affecting the TonicDM system.
